After visiting Telluride for first time and falling in love with the place, Cindy deVittorio opened Siam Art & Décor to show her collections of fine quality handcrafted decor from northern Thailand. Cindy’s main showroom and workshop is in picturesque Chiangmai Thailand where she and her craftsmen refinish furniture and carve sandstone statues. “My place in Chiangmai is a gathering place for craftsmen and artists and we have lots of fun putting together the collections. We also do custom orders because many of our customers want museum quality reproductions of Thai or Khmer or Burmese statues, or a classic piece of furniture that they saw on their trip.
